Hi I’m Cindy your patient experience manager here at Diana Dental.
My main role is supporting patients throughout their treatment with us whether it be answering queries; arranging appointments; discussing treatment plans and options or arranging finance or payment plans.
I also offer free consultations for new and existing patients who are interested in cosmetic treatment or even may just need extra support filling out a medical history questionnaire.
I have 12 years experience as a dental nurse and I joined the team here at Diana Dental in October 2019- I soon realised that in addition to supporting patients whilst they were in surgery I wanted to add my experience and offer this vital service outside the surgery environment too.
I feel very lucky to be part of such a great team here at Diana Dental, the whole team strive to give our patients an excellent service and we work hard to deliver high quality dentistry. I have seen patients lives completely transformed by the treatments and service we offer; from nervous patients who have learned to manage their anxiety with our help, to patients who can now eat what they like with confidence.
