What Peel do I need?
The NeoStrata system offers the flexibility of four rejuvenating peel concentrations- 20%, 30%, 50% and 70% glycolic acid and two targeted benefit peels for clarifying and brightening the skin. This allows us to design a treatment programme for you to specifically meet your needs.

NeoStrata Prosystem peels can help the skin appear healthier, smoother, plumper, firmer, less oily and more even toned with fewer acne blemishes, they also complement our dermal filler treatments. What is involved?
You will be given a pre-peel prep pack (mouthful!!) to use for 14 days prior to your first treatment. This will not only ensure you get a better result from your first peel but also will prepare your skin for the treatment ahead. When you attend for treatment we will cleanse your skin initially and then the peel will be placed onto the skin using a brush. We recommend leaving the peel on the skin for 5 minutes but this may be something that we build up to. The solution is then neutralised and a soothing post peel lotion or moisturising cream will be added to your skin.
What will it look like immediately after?
As the NeoStrata peels are superficial often there is no noticeable healing or recovery time and skin looks and feels normal after a few hours to a day. For some patients the healing and recovery time can take a few days and up to a week with deeper peels but this is something which you build up to. You may also experience some peeling and crusting if you have had a stronger peel but this should not affect your lifestyle.
How many treatments will I need?
This will vary from person to person and the type of issue you have with your skin. For best results we usually recommend a course of 6 leaving 3-4 weeks in between each treatment. Of course if you would just like a bit of a lift for a special event or occasion you can opt just to have the one!
What is the cost?
Peels start from £60 and increase to £70 for the deeper peels. This will include all consultation time, treatment time, aftercare and products for the prep stage and post stage also. If you go for a course of 6 peels you can pay as you go along and receive the 6th peel free of charge.
