Welcome to our second blog post! Its been a really busy few weeks at Diana Dental!
We recently had our Invisalign open evening which was hugely successful and it was so satisfying helping more patients improve their confidence and smile, we will be getting underway with those cases and they will be fitted with their first aligners in time for Christmas!
Rachel has been away from the practice for two days this week in Manchester learning about how we can perfect our patient journey, she has brought back some really good ideas which she feels will really help give our patients the five start service we always aim for! You will benefit from these changes in the next few months.
The team were shocked to read about the dentist in Nottinghamshire who has put thousands of his patients at risk with poor cross infection procedures and we wanted to take this opportunity to reassure all people who visit Diana Dental!
Our team are fully committed and trained in cross infection procedures, if any of our patients have any questions or queries about what happens “behind the scenes” we welcome them and will be happy to help or better still show them how we keep them safe and protected!
